Our Father and Our God forgiveness is one of the most difficult things for us to do. When someone has wronged us, and act as if they hadn’t. Never apologizing and acting as if it is nothing. We are forced to say “ I can forgive, but I will not forget “ my personal opinion is. You shouldn’t forget. You should wipe the slate clean and move on. Trusting them to be who they are, knowing that they can’t be the same person to you, as they once were. Lord help us to forgive for our own sake and our peace. In Jesus Christ’s name Amen 🙏🏾

A man who had it all,and then one he didn’t. His wife who had shared in the good times would tell him to “ curse God and die” However Job knew who God was in his life,and ignored that advice.

When they gave us medicine,we trusted them to give us the correct amount. If they told us not to worry, we were assured that it would be okay. Lord, there was a time when we trusted You in that manner. Some were along the way. We have become too smart for our own good. Lord help us to get back to our child-like trust in You. Our Father and Our God In the Movie The Color Purple I see a daughter who is like the protocol son. Her father was a minister of the gospel and wanted his daughter to showcase her talents in the church. She chose the nightclubs, but in the end, she returned to her father.
So many of us are like that. You want the best for us, but we want what the world has to offer. Only to discover that we need what You have to offer us. Lord my prayer is that You will give us a little more grace to get back to You. In Jesus Christ’s name Amen 🙏🏾

Tonight we come asking You to help us in this area of our life. Help us to get beyond the anger, help us to not be triggered by their presence. Help us to forgive to the point that we sincerely pray for them. If they are to be our footstool, then let it be You that placed them there. In Jesus Christ’s name Amen 🙏🏾
